Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.
• Interpret client briefs to identify needs and develop feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Generate ideas considering the client’s requirements, building usage, and environmental impact.
• Produce detailed blueprints and make necessary revisions.
• Compile project specifications and adhere to budgets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide updates.
• Collaborate and communicate with construction professionals.
• Stay updated with architectural trends and advancements.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing artistic skills.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent drawing skills and proficiency with design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Studio VIZ, or similar).
• Strong imagination and ability to think and create in three dimensions.
• Keen visual awareness and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
