HP teams up with Nvidia to launch gaming laptops specifically designed for students.

On Tuesday, HP unveiled its newest budget gaming laptop, the Victus Special Edition. This model comes with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050A graphics card and a 12th Gen Intel Core processor. Featuring a 15.6-inch display, the Victus Special Edition is tailored for students and is built to handle a range of activities, including gaming, work, and creative tasks.

The HP Victus Special Edition laptop starts at Rs 65,999 and will be offered in various configurations. It can be purchased through HP World Stores, HP Online stores, and multi-brand outlets. Buyers who acquire the laptop from an HP store can also get the HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 headset, valued at Rs 6,097, for just Rs 499.

The new HP Victus Special Edition laptop boasts a 1080p resolution display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Despite its large screen, the laptop weighs just 2.29 kg. It is equipped with a 12th Gen Intel Core H-series processor, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 GPU with 4 GB of video memory, 16 GB of RAM, and 512 GB of internal storage.

Additional features of this gaming laptop include the OMEN Tempest Cooling solution, which uses an IR thermopile sensor to precisely manage temperatures, ensuring the laptop maintains peak performance even during intense gaming sessions. It also comes with a 70 Wh battery, designed to provide several hours of battery life on a single charge.
