The Pixel 7 also has an ambient light sensor that adjusts the brightness of the screen according to how much light there is in the room. This helps you see things on your phone in dark environments, like at night or in a movie theatre

The battery on this device is impressive, with a capacity of 4355 mAh. It’s a Li-ion type battery, so it’s rechargeable and has a good lifespan. What’s more, it supports wireless charging and quick charging, so you can top it up quickly when you need to. Plus, it uses USB Type-C for charging, so it’s compatible with a wide range of chargers.

Google Pixel 7 Camera

The Pixel 7 features a 50MP main camera and 12MP ultrawide lens, just like the Pixel 6. However, Google has updated the front camera with a 10.8MP sensor, which is the same as the one used on the Pixel 7 Pro. With a 92.8 degree ultrawide field of view, it will now be easier to fit more people into selfies. Plus, the front camera’s large sensor will help let in more light when taking selfies in darker settings..

The new Pixel 7 smartphones come with an improved camera that allows users to zoom in up to 8x on the Pixel 7 and up to 30x on the Pixel 7 Pro. This feature helps users get sharp and quality images from a distance, making it a great choice for photography enthusiasts.

The Pixel 7 Pro comes with a Macro Focus feature that allows users to take photos with full sharpness and vivid colours from as close as three centimetres away. It also has a Photo Unblur feature that uses machine learning to improve blurry pictures, even old ones. Users can also touch up those photos and easily remove distractions with the Magic Eraser feature.

Google Pixel 7 Tensor features

As most people expected, the new Google Pixel 7 phones come with the next generation of Google’s own Tensor processor, which arrived with the Pixel 6. Google says that, with the new Tensor G2 chip, they have “improved almost every major subsystem”, and that they have been designed to “work really well together to handle the nuanced and complex nature of our software and machine learning.”

In addition to slightly improved performance – due mainly to the Cortex-A76 to A78 upgrade, which uses the older Armv8 architecture – there are several other notable features on the new Pixel 7.

These include a new on-board TPU (Tensor Processing Unit), as well as security improvements thanks to the coupled Titan M2 security chip (the same as the Pixel 6). This allows for Face Unlock, “thanks to advanced machine learning models for face recognition”. Furthermore, Pixel 7 owners will get VPN by Google One at no extra cost later this year.
