- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and coach IT staff, set job expectations, and evaluate their performance.
- System Development: Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures.
- Data Security: Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Align with User Needs: Act in accordance with user requirements and system functionality to support organizational policies.
- Problem Solving: Identify issues and implement strategic solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements and Skills
