Responsibilities
- Understand the commercial operations, challenges, objectives, and daily tasks of each team to enhance their efficiency and productivity through CRM administration.
- Provide system administration support, focusing on user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
- Design, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
- Analyze data to deliver insights into the operation, effectiveness, and productivity of each team.
- Collaborate with other teams to gather and identify business requirements for CRM implementation.
- Coordinate and support integrations with third-party applications, plugins, and tools.
- Assist in identifying and resolving data anomalies and errors while maintaining a high level of data integrity.
- Support the team with daily troubleshooting, bug fixes, and end-user support.
- Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configurations, and help materials.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree with a strong analytical and technical background.
- 2+ years of CRM Administration experience, such as with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven experience administering and configuring CRM systems, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and permissions.
- Familiarity with automating business processes, creating reports and dashboards, and data analysis.
- Experience collaborating with commercial, financial, and data teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bonus points for experience with specific CRM platforms like Salesforce.com, knowledge of SOQL/Workbench, and familiarity with integrated tools such as Outreach and HubSpot.
